I have been with the cccs for 18 months now and my debt has gone from just under 21k to bout 17,000. Wow that still look like a load of money!
A lot of the debt is with MBNA about 8k and a further 3ish also. I am a student and have save a small sum saved which I would like to use to pay off the MBNA debt at least.
I would like to contact MBNA and off FF on the 3k debt first ( the 8k is in DH name).
Can anybody advise if this is likly to rock the boat with MBNA and get them asking for more money. Also can anybody tell what MBNA are likley to settle for?
Many thanks
