It went on on the 4th August. No changes to anything since then. Nice pad in my opinion.

We're about to see property fall to a level not seen for generations. Store your cash in a low-yield bond, come back in March after the severe winter and offer £54k for it. Trust me, they will be grateful to not just be giving it away and will bite your hand off.

Mark my words, they'll be riots on the streets in the summer when the power goes out. Oh, wait, wrong subject. Sorry.

The Sutton Poyntz one is in a very quiet area . This one is on a bit of a rat run between weymouth and dorchester

I have 200k stored in bank , living in rented and waiting for the right time to pounce . In no rush . think its going to be a harsh winter

When the final nail is hammered in to the capitalist coffin that is Rubbish Britain, these two former meccas of financial strength will come crumbling down, foundations burning and people fleeing. I see this happening within 12 months.

Basically, the traffic could die down.
