I am addicted to Walkers cheese and onion crisps. Has anyone any ideas what I can eat as a healthier option ?

Is it a heathier option altogether to crisps or just a heathier option of crisps, if you get me! I have found that the Ready Salted Potato heads are less in calories etc than standard Walkers ready salted, so if you want to have your crisps but feel happier with the ones you are eating , check out the cheese & onion option of Potato heads, if you are trying to get off the crisps then there is always fruit, or even cereal bars they are less than a bag of crisps. If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
Why practice!:T0 -
Thanks for your reply. I will try the potato heads. I am trying to find things that taste the simular but not so many cals/salt etc.0

I've been replacing crisps with 'Snackajacks', which are mini rice cakes. I know they definitely do them in cheese flavour and salt and vinegar flavour, which are really nice, but the caramel flavour is vile! It took me a while to adjust to the texture, but now I prefer them and they have a lot less fat than normal crisps.0
