advice needed court tomorrow

hi my husband is due in court in the morning for interim charging order , already sent letter to court to ask to set installments or time order but cccs did tell me need to double check do we ask to set installments if thats the way it ends up going ??? I remember they sais something like that to ensure the company can not take it any further ?? any advice greatly appreciated ! 0
