Error on ciao how to get rid

Hi Guys
I have signed up to Ciao yesterday and I am getting this error message while trying to rate an review it says "Please write a review yourself before you rate other reviews! Only members with at least one helpful review can rate other reviews and write comments on them."
I have written 3 reviews and I have had more than one person rate me very helpful, so I dont know what the problem is.
Anyone else had this before? How do I get rid of it?
