For some mad reason
I must have ordered a pkt of stuff that looks lile Stirfy mix but it is actually cabbage and carrot cut into strips. Is it possible to mush this stuff through home made beefburgers at all ? Will I cook it first or not ?

It is frozen I take it? don't worry you can just add to mince and top with potato or pastry.
Or use it in a stew xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Hmmm un charetered territory for me BUT. I would cook it , mash it and mix in with burgers. An alternative would be to turn it into some kind of coleslaw?A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Most "budget" stir-fry vegetable packs are little more than these and bean sprouts. They are still good value, though.
Make it into a super veg' stir-fry by adding some or all of the following: bean sprouts, spring onions, sweet pepper, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and 5 spice powder. Stir-fry in a little sesame oil and/or dark soy sauce. Serve with boiled rice or noodles. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
