Hi Guys and Gals,
You know when you sometimes ignore dca's thinking they just keep sending letters and threating all sorts and never do.
just a word of warning be carefull if you have a debt with the above they
are cracking down and sending lots of outstanding customers through to court the next thing you know you get a letter telling you
resulting in handing out ccj's out like sweets.
Ive just had a letter out of the blue and now I have a ccj
just thought I would let you all know
Regards

Hi Slouise
Did you get court papers in the post prior to the court case? If not, and the DCA had you current address you may be able to get the judgement set aside.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi Tixy,
Thanks for your response I got a paper from the northampton court, with different options, accept I have to pay, or Query it , It was on blue paper
There was no date for a court date. So I agreed i should be liable and sent the acceptance back
next thing I know they send a letter saying that they have judgement that will be registered and I can pay each month the amount I told them.

When you replied and admitted you were liable you effectively agreed that a CCJ would be granted against you.
At least they have set payments that you have agreed you can afford.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
