15% deposit Previous credit problems

Hiya,
I'm looking for some advice for my younger brother, he currently earns £24000 a year and has a 15% deposit to ut down on a house. He had some previous problems with couple of credit cards 2 years ago ad has now settled the one. Can anyone advice me on a mortgage company that might be able to help him
