Not getting anywher with csa

I have an ongoing case with the csa since January 2004 and to date I have recieved nothing! Its been with the criminal compliance team for about 2 and a half years now as he was refusing to give any information to csa and never answered their calls and when a letter was sent to him to say someone would be going to his house on a certain date he was never in.
He has been lying to the csa this whole time by saying he doesnt work etc etc. But how someone can have a mortgage, holidays and a nice car but not work is beyond me! He has his own business but tells csa he is suported by his gf. Everytime I find out more info I tell my case worker and she used to ask me more about what I had found out but the past few months whenever I have told her something new she just says she doesnt need it and if she does she will contact me. I asked if anything has progressed with my case but she said for data protection she cant disclose anything to me as it might jepordise my case
I feel I am no longer getting anywhere, all I want is what is due to me to help bring up my son. At times I feel like giving up and ending my case but I dont want him to feel like he has won.
Is criminal compliance the furthest you can go with a case? Or is there someone else I can speak to. I was told 2 years ago it would go to court as he is not co-operating, so all I want to know is what is happening with it all but she wont tell me anything

Go to your MP and ask them to get involved in finding out. They may have some info which means that he has committed fraud which they can't tell you, but you need to know how close they are to getting somewhere!

you have all my sympathy - as Kellogs said, get your MP on board and get them to kick @55. It's your case and you have every right to know what's going on.

    Good luck !
  • Definately get your MP involved...before i did it was like getting blood out of a stone!
