Cooks Matches - free beauty treatment

Just tried to get a free mini facial with the Cooks Matches offer. I phoned Rosanna Shaw Health and Beauty Clinic in London and they told me i could only go between 9-11am and 2-4pm on week days. Basically means I can't go. Pretty rubbish offer.
