Thank you very much for your advice. I never know this kind of agreement does't end when the appeal ends. it only expires when Government revaluation happens. 2015 revaluation is going to be postpone till 2017. The agreement i signed in 2010 with DPS valid till 2017!0

If 2.5% cancellation fee is £652, the your rateable value must be around £26,000. Is this correct?
Although I said about unfair terms and conditions, unfortunately these won't apply in contracts between businesses. Did DPS give you a copy of their terms and conditions before you signed the agreement? If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Yes. Rateable value £26000. Cancellation fee and the fee i pay for ' bleach of contract' is the same £652.
DPS contract was emailed by attachment before i sighed. I have read through again and found that assignment transfer is allowed without my permission. It seems i don't have much to stand on.
Leighton Clark has asked me to sigh up with them so that i can talk about the fee. Hopefully they will agree to reduce the fee.
Thanks again.0
