Hi Jim
ok that clears it up! I think when you speak to them you should advise that you pay half for the car as you drive it, however, it is in your OH name.
I would also say that you pay half of int, phone etc.
Are you considering BR or going down a DMP?
If you go down a DMP road are you hoping to pay it off in the quickest time possible or do you want to pay a reasonable amount that does not leave you short. If the answer is the latter then you should definately include half of all bills (even if it is a white lie!)0 -
I was allowed £50 per month for a holiday from my OR but each or is different0

This is OP's SoA for bankruptcy, he will not be allowed to pay towards his partners debts i.e. car loan, and as he is not the owner it doesn't go on his forms as his car, there is a separate space for cars not belonging that you have use of. He cannot have an allowance for internet unless necessary for work or study. He will be allowed a holiday allowance.

could anybody update my soa if they feel figures are in the wrong place and what should and should not be on thanks0

Hope that helps. I am assuming it is just you going BR. Do you wear suits for work? Is your car insurance fully comp? Do you have breakdown cover? Is your contents insurance accidental damage? Do you pay for professional fees or union fees?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
