Too Tall

Went on another failed shopping trip with ds nearly seventeen yesterday looking for clothes. We went in all the usual places, Republic, JD, Henleys, Lacoste, Superdry ect to try and find t shirts that are actually long enough for him not to look like belly tops when hes got them on !!!! He is 6 4 and 36 waist and 34 leg. Even the XLL are to short for him and also swamp him as they are far to baggy, he likes a slim fit but long length, does anyone know where does longer length stuff for him please. Not big and tall shops as these are far to old fashioned. Thanks for any tips.

My son is 6' 5" . What sort of clothes were you looking for? Casual/Smart/School?

I know M&S does shirts with extra length in some of their ranges.

Let me know what you are wanting and I'll ask him where he buys his clothes( he does it himself now)
  • Hi Amanita, hes looking for stuff for college which is usually jeans and t shirts and stuff like that. He has got 8 pairs of jeans at the moment so is ok for a bit for them but hes lacking in t shirts, i.e Lacoste fred perry ect that sort of style.

Worth a look at Cotton Traders - years since I've bought anything from them, but the few I have hanging around are longer than 'normal' (I'm only 6ft 2 though...).

Have also a couple of (very) old t shirty things from Debenhams - think they were part of a 'hello sailor' (well, sailing anyway) range - about half-way between CT and standard.
