Slef-raising flour in breadmaker?

Hi there folks, I wonder if you can help?
I'm developing some real inspiration as a result of scanning these forums, and have decided to dust off the old breadmaker before bed tonight. Except I have lost (yes, lost - the Bermuda Triangle has a timeshare in my cupboard, because OH swears he hasn't chucked it) the proper strong flour. I have yeast (it's not proper yeast for breadmakers but it worked once upon a time). And I have self-raising flour. Any hints?

OK forget all of the above, have had one small shandy and consequently announced to OH that I was planning to 'break bed' tonight - he's like a kid in a sweet shop, how do I tell him!??!0
