I have called them last week , spoke to someone in India who didnt understand a word I said but told me reducing anything would cost.

I will be honest - I have never looked at it in this detail! Not since i took the contract. i was always one of these people who seen a 12 month contract as just that.

On comparing the channels, there are quite a few channels i would lose,i do watch going from XL to L - L is £10 and XL is £21.50 according to their site, so its more than £10 a month saving - my XL channel list is £23 on bill !

I really never ever use my landline - only one or two people ever phone it. I wish i hadnt let them damn well smart talk me into keeping it.
