Question re Additions Direct code??

Hi,

I want to buy a slide from Argos. However they have the same one at the same price on the additions direct website, I have found a code for £10 off your 1st order and free delivery (D6A2) which is great. Only thing is the slide is classed a a "big item" and therefore postage would normally be £15. If this was charged it would make it more expensive than going to argos to get it!!!

Do you think there is any chance that it would still be free delivery on this?

additions isnt part of argos anymore. It was sold off about 2 years ago. Argos dont do any codes unfortunately. If you have a free delivery code for additions why would you still be charged £15?

i know this is a bit off topic, but i still get people coming up to me at work trying to bring back clothes they purchased or were given as a present a few weeks ago from argos additions. (if it was a gift, the persons face is usually hilarious when they realise theyve been given a over 2 yr old top for a present!)

and people in asking if theres a new argos additions catalogue out yet.
