If you use Payplan,CCCS or any other non fee,or fee charging organisation for that matter,you will already have debts,if you do not pay the minimum payments you will more than likely get default notices,this will happen regardless of company acting on your behalf,nobody can guarantee that default notices will not be issued in the same way that nobody can guarantee interest/charges will be stopped.
