What to do with old digestives?

I have a tinful of old digestive buscuits. I think they're soggy and I can't bear to throw then away. Apart from cheesecake, what can I do with them? I have lots of dried fruit, dried apples, bananas, cherries etc and golden syrup.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Make a fruit crumble topping from them?0

Well if it's just that they're soggy, why not put them in a low oven to crisp up a bit?
Apart from that all I can think of doing with them is some sort of flapjack.Val.0 -
Hi zara*elise,
I use digestives to make fifteens:
15 digestive biscuits (crushed)
15 glace cherries (chopped)
15 marshmallows (chopped)
half a tin of condensed milk (approx 200-250g)
dessicated coconut
Mix the biscuits, cherries and marshmallow in a bowl with the condensed milk. Roll into a long sausage shape on greaseproof paper sprinkled with the coconut. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours and then slice.
There's an earlier thread with lots more ideas:
What to do with 300g of Digestive Biscuits?
I'll add this thread to that one later to keep the suggestions together.

Definately Tiffin:
8oz/225g digestive biscuits (crushed)
5oz/150g raisins...suppose cherries would be nice though
4oz/100g butter
1oz/25g brown sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons golden syprup
8oz/225g milk or plain chocolate
Place crushed biscuits & raisins in large bowl. Melt butter, sugar, cocoa powder & syrup over a gentle heat. Combine butter mix with biscuit & raisins & press in greased or lined 20cm/8in square tin & leave to cool. Melt chocolate then spread over cooled biscuit mix. Mark into squares and cool thoroughly before cutting.
Really, really yummy...especially for a chocoholic like me!0 -
Thanks for that, will have a scan through!

You could break them up and add to chocolate brownies.
