Coin sorting idea.

Well, if they truth be told I fell off the diet wagon and succumbed to a tube of Pringles at the weekend. Just as I was about to destroy the evidence I found myself thinking that the tube would be perfect for storing coins. :T

As a member of the £2 club I store those in a tin and my other change in a demi john. It might save a lot of time to have a tube for each denomination. You could easily make a hole in the top of the lid and decorate the tube if desired.

Only snag is I would have to eat more of those darn Pringles or similar!

Could make a great coin sorter/money box, especially if you can get friends/family to donate empty tubes otherwise it will be unhealthy and not cheap, but if you are eating them anyway...............

Couldn't agree more. 2 tubs to be purchased, 1 for 20p and the other for £2s. Will get sour cream and salt and vinegar!! Nice...........
