I've placed quite a few orders of £20 and used Coke codes with no problems. If you email [EMAIL="care@asos.com"]care@asos.com[/EMAIL] they do get back to you within 4 hours.

Yeah I checked it's in the correct box, I get the message 'Please note: this item does not qualify for the applied discount'

Interestingly but slightly off track - I was curious as to why ASOS don't deduct the VAT when shipping to an non-EU country. Their response being: they don't pass VAT on to customers, whether they be in the UK, EU or outside of EU, they pay it themselves to the appropriate UK department. Strangely, they never answered me when I asked them why, as it isn't logical?
