only joking kelz29 I am so glad I read your post my order is saying dispatched my only regret is being a chicken an not ordering more:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I still have a Timberland hat processing.
What with this code, Boots Extra Points, the Debenhams vouchers which I haven't even started on yet and Sainsburys toy sale today I am officially BUZZIN' lol Oh and I got my £40 worth of vouchers from Asda this evening!!
It's funny how some of this has tied in nicely, with all those email addresses I set up for ASOS it's come in really handy for the Debenhams £5 vouchers! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Oooh naughty lol
I usually spend an absolute fortune at Christmas but this year I have saved so much money all thanks to this forum and the people who post here.0 -

500 orders despatched...nice!!

It's mostly trolling - 80 orders, 500 orders, normally nice round numbers, etc, etc - trolls only carry on doing this because people are so gullible, take the bait and react with outrage.
The other common one is that when there's a glitch which nobody gets, there's always one person who claims to have slipped through the net and received it - until they're asked to produce photographic evidence :rotfl:0 -
I thought once they had dispatched the item, it was them agreeing to sell to you at that price?
I wasn't greedy with it but don't really want to pay more as I haven't got much money this xmas, would they give you the option of returning the stuff?
Littlewoods seems to have the right to charge the full price as the codes people was using wasnt theirs to use. But Littlewoods seemed to wait a long time (up to 3 months) before asking for the money back.
There has been a few customers that have writen on forums complaining about this. But not heard anything about ASOS yet, but best to be prepaired by seeing what other people have done with Littlewoods first.

do littlewoods confer this right on themselves? surely there is some sort of consumer protection again someone selling and shipping you and order, only to decide months later that they want more money for it?
edit:
and omg, that thread makes for scary reading!!! there is no way on heaven or earth that i would ever spend money on littlewoods or very or associated sites! they have the most appalling customer service record (not just based on their reaction to this 1 issue by any stretch).0 -
I am just happy I got my 2 Asos orders confirmed @ £2 each today ... I needed cheering up after the 3p Goddiva sale fiasco - Was ALREADY ill and went to bed with a banging headache yesterday .. And no order today coz it was out of stock
So THANK YOU OP its kept a smile remaining on my face to know I @ least got THIS bargain!!!0 -

If I get any sent to me will post on the thread.
At risk of getting flamedremember we are not supposed to post codes on Grabbit board
That code of conduct seems to have disappeared tbh, same thing with the Molton Brown stuff.. That was a Grabbit thread and that had the codes in it....... Wasn't on the discounts/codes board..... Crazy world we live in these days hey!0 -
If the managers in the ASOS IT department have any sense, after everything that's happened and if this has cost them a lot of money through a mistake they'll be tightening their procedures and linking those types of code to email addresses in future. It's really not hard to do.
They might be totally incompetent but if they're not then I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a new code.
To the OP, I imagine that a coder was told to pull all the codes asap so I'd say it's unlikely any will still work.0 -
Aww i didn't realise people were so desperate! asos is so cheap anyway, isn't S&G is a bargain full price from boots etc?
On a forum dedicated to saving money you will find an awful lot of us 'desperate' people. Asos clothes and soap and glory products might be 'cheap' for you but for alot of people they are treats and this code has enabled alot of people to treat themselves and their families to something nice that they might not normally be able to do.
I think it's stupid to spend more then you need to on something - why buy something full price when you could get it cheaper, even if you can afford full price.0 -
no too sure what to make of this
i attempted two orders with asos using the first code, i have recieved a conformation and shipping email with one of the orders, the other is still proccessing and i havent recieved any emails regarding it either, yet the £2 has been taken from my account...hopefully thi will mean that my orders have been succesful and the sites just a bit slow due to the surge of traffic (well fingers crossed anyway)
