If it stopped working earlier, then somehow started up again, does anyone think it may start working soon if its saying no longer active?

Its really strange, it seems to work sometimes and not others. I just placed an order and it worked, tried to place another from another account (on behalf of a friend) and it won't work at all! Others seem to be able to use it, others can't. Im most confused!

about 1.30am this morning strange though the first one hasnt been despatched yet, these were done about 30 mins after that one.

It's giving the same message as when it stopped working earlier, so it may re-activate as it did earlier.
