Did you hit back? I did this a couple of times (to double check that the discount had came off) and I could no longer use the code with those email addresses.

The code is definitely still working!!! My daughter and my mum have just placed a couple of orders.

Make sure you are not trying to use the code against sale items. It will only work against full priced items.
