minimum spend must be £11 and you cant have any sale items

Think you may be right hunycat! Just gone on the site to get the description for you and it's not there now!

It was going to be a christmas pressie for my friend who loves Soap & Glory!

There is a "soap n glory" lock stock & bubble hand and body set which is £18 on there. Could that be the set you are after??
