I need some help with Asos, I only shop there every now and then.
My question is how long does their super saver take to be delivered? Reason i ask is i bought a dress online at the beginning of the week and got delivered yesterday (Standard Delivery). However it is the wrong size so have arranged for it to be collected on Monday. I don't really want to have to pay another £3.95 for the dress to get delivered. The problem i have is that i have a wedding i need to attend on Saturday so it ideally needs to be here no later then Friday this week. Do i risk it not getting delivered or shell out another £3.95 (after paying £3.95 orginally and £2.95 for the return)?
Thanks0 -
My last order took the full 6 working days! The order before that only took 2 working days, so I think it varies!0

By the way, why did you have to pay for the return? I wasn't aware of an option to pay for returns... I know you had to in the past but it's been free Returns for a while now... ever since they introduced the super saver delivery I believe!0

It's free returns with the sticker but you have to go to the post office and send it off, or they give you an option for someone to collect the return from your house for £3.95.

I use the free delivery a lot (well always) but I can't say it's very good, items are usually crushed and take ages. I've had to wait over a week before so if you need something in a hurry I'd pay the delivery to be honest - perhaps use the 'asosTreats' 10% code to offset the cost, or return the item to the post office for free?
(If you're worried about asos not getting it in time, it might be worth just doing a return and buying the dress again in a separate transaction - if your funds allow of course)
Hope that helps

It's always different - for me usually its 4-6 working days, never sooner. My last order which was on Weds came today. I ordered early in the day so it was dispatched the same day. Thanks MSE!!0

Thanks everyone for your help. I decided to just pay to send the return back as was quickest way of getting my money back for item. After deciding not to risk super saver delivery i paid for it instead which worked out well as it was delivered in only two days!! My return was collected on weds and money will be back in my account by Monday. I used the asostreats so it worked out that i didn't have to pay any extra for delivery anyways.
Thanks everyone0 -
Looks pretty good, as you get free unlimited Next day delivery for a year!
Not sure whether to go for it though.
Has anyone signed up for it - If so, is the service any good?
