Oh ok, i have always used Play. and never had a problem nor have i heard anything from anyone that i know that uses it. I am sure that everyone has different experiences of shopping on the internet though. I will keep using it, although for you to avoid any bad experience maybe avoid it.

I did recently purchased a £200 phone from the site and it arrived very quickly, great costumer service.

I know- I've used Play.com without a problem too- but reading through the thread just makes me think. And then use Amazon.:o -Had card cloned with a mobile ohone company, it was such a hassel that I don't think I could afford to go through it again- I don't have a financial backup if fraud did happen, I'm sure I'm not the only one in that situation, and with Play, there are just too many people complaining. Not everyone, but alot.

hmm, ok, that is very unfortunate, i can honestly say that i do pretty much all my shopping online, from food to clothes, electrical items etc, and i have never had any problems whatsoever. so every one experiences are going to be different. but i can see why some people are unsure about it, i have just a credit card to offer more cover against things like fraud. :)
