Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.

May was the low point. Around that time it became clear to all and sundry which way the market was headed.
It's not coincidence that they've suddenly shot up 50% this past 4 months.
