Payplan - a quick question

Hi folks,

A really quick question as I cannot seem to get hold of anyone at Payplan and at work at the moment.

I set up a repayment plan of £491.89 - £5 going towards the insurance policy they set up and £486.89 going to creditors. For the last 3 months I realise I had changed my standing order to £500 so I have paid £8.11 extra.

According to my justabank account the amount gone to creditors for the last 3 months has not changed. Do you think this will be updated/allocated at some point? Or should I be worrying as I am (not a mad panic worrying) that they have not done anything with it. Would be nice to be £24.33 better off.

Have you tried the phone number under your case officers name on your justabank account? If not PM me and I'll send you the number i've got

Thanks Lenny. I found a contact and it was voicemail. Have left a message and emailed. I am sure they will reply tomorrow.
