Dragged up, searched, just happened to be reading, been thinking about it all day, whatever...0 -

Feeling lucky tonight. Cleaver is using 3rd hand Harry Powell and Chucky insights into a post count. Feel he's on a backfoot and should be using that to my advantage!
Edit: why have I got a red face on my post? Maybe I should quit now if the computers even embarrased for me.0 -

All verbal sparing aside Graham, I am still intrigued as to what job you do that allows you to post all day every day? I'm guessing... IT. Or maybe an estate agent.0

I'm a self employed contractor. I design stuff, advise GP's, purchase and sell supplies. Absolutely everything is web based.
I don't work 9-5 hours. It's all project based. I give a timeframe and complete that project within the given timeframe.
Not that I understand why I should have to explain myself, but there we go. How I make my living is kinda my businessJust rest assured I do, and pay my taxes.
Edit: In all honesty, it's pretty cushy, but come Swine Flu time, I will be sitting here, in an office, pretty much solid all week, probably from 7am - 8pm when I get chucked out. Once a system is running, I have to be there. A lot of my work is like that, reports, printing, designing systems. I could twiddle my thumbs while technology works its wonders and peer out the window for a couple of hours, or come on here.0 -

I feel you have me confused with posters that a) enjoy arguing b) don't like you and c) take stuff too seriously.
I think you're lovely Graham. Your persistance on here makes me think that if I ever find myself in a situation where I need an army to invade a small country and take them over, I'd have you in my trenches leading the team. You'd have to cut down on all the questioning though, that could drive me a bit mental.
So... what do you do for a living? Also, do you live in a flat that's in a negative equity?0 -

That sounds pretty cool. Strangely enough I had a period of being self-employed and worked with GPs quite a bit too. Absolutely none of it was web based though.0
