Im 18 at the moment and was wondering when does my Dad stopping paying maintence to my Mum?
Is it as long as im in education or 20?

It's upto the end of education (A-Levels,BTEC but not University) or when you reach 19.0

If it is through a court order then you need to refer to the wording of the order
If no agreement then it will be up to your dad from March 2010 (if he stopped before then your mum would be able to approach CSA to have it payable until March)0 -
