Right muppet, i'll say this to you again one last time in the hope you can actually understand it....

We couldn't care less what you think - the fact of the matter is that this is a public forum and the fact that the information asked for, and subsequently given, does not morally agree with you does not give recourse for you to say it should be banned. Maybe in your small minded opinion, but who cares about your opinion - get over yourself.

    IT IS A PUBLIC FORUM!

Eh? Never-in-doubt is not in debt! Also, for the last time -

IT IS NOT GETTING OUT OF ANYTHING IT IS LEGAL, PRACTICED AND PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE!

Yep. And N-i-D's got proof of removing defaults etc for people - ooops! Forgot that did we, muppet! :rotfl::rotfl: Also, I think you'll find I have a lot more support than you, simply because instead of gobbing off rubbish I do try and help people.

For any neutrals, read my previous posts and nobs previous posts and see for yourself. :rotfl:

Implying I am not honest? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think the effort and time I put into helping others will far put you to shame so best go home and suckle on mummys teet there's a good lad :hello::hello:

    N-I-D.
You are nothing and never will be. Crusading on a forum, and peddling your incorrect information.
Anyone that disagrees with you is immediatley flamed by you in the hope that you might put them off. I have seen a million people like you and they are all as weak and insignificant as you are.

Resorting to calling peopkle a 'nob' and 'muppet' is about your level to be honest. The credibility (or lack of) you have is astonishing. It also demonstrates a low level of intelligence.

How can you say you have 'lots of support'? It's a forum as you rightly say, people will tell you anything just so they can get rid of you.

Get yourself a job, and maybe you will calm down a little and stop acting like a big girl.
Jog on to the job centre:T

    No, incorrect information is corrected.

Sorry but when we're talking about wrecking a credit file then accuracy has to be spot on - mistakes can be irreversible.

You know nothing about me. Shows how shallow you really are - jealous of my knowledge :rotfl:

One day my son, one day..................;)

Ermmm, i've said to people already to check my posts vs yours and see for themselves who is rude and who is helpful..... i'll leave that for the others to decide :p

how anyone can question the morality of requiring the correct documentation to be available for what is of course an UNSECURED DEBT, attracting higher interest rates, such that the uninitiated (or indeed initiated), consumer can correctly and accurately assess their legal position with regard to what amounts in many cases to be huge financial burden, is beyond me.
how about looking at the reverse? the moraility of these institutions routinely riding roughshod over consumers without the vaguest hint of worry about keeping documents required by statute and plainly backed up in the highest court in the land, in the knowledge that as they have unlimited reserves they will eventually succeed over the majority.
if they simply cant be bothered or financial sense prevails, they sit back, take the tax break and offload said debt further down the food chain for a fraction of the debt (10% in a lot of cases, never offered to the consumer though eh?) to DCAs who then take a sledgehammer to a drawing pin and make the consumers life even more pressured when they could least do with it. often forcing them to make payments ahead of any secured debts and even food, with threats of court action, loss of home or whatever curse they think will get to their desired goal.
the consumer credit act is exactly that, not an act for the protection of large finacial institutions. people would do well to remember that when sitting in their glass houses in my opinion.

Well said :T:T:T - someone else that can see beyond morals! As I keep saying, why would anyone in their right mind pay for something that they did not have to?

NID why would you bother to have 4 credit cards if you hate all banks and in your opinion they are the "Devil incarnate" ??????.. Whilst I find your post sometimes interesting I do wonder if you have an allergy to "smarties" as you get sooo wound up....
I for one can't take you too seriously as you say your "debt free" and yet your sig says you owe £4,000-00....
Finally like other posters have said resorting to calling people "muppet or knob" does you no favours.People who name call and swear can't think of anything constructive or inteligent to say I hope you can prove people wrong............No offence ..:D

Question: If you saw an old lady fall over in the street, would you A: keep on walking?? B : try and help her??
  • NID if you help the old lady out then you have a "MORAL" conscience..You say "Morals" are nothing and mean nothing and yet you have them.
At the end of the day when all is said and done if people borrow money they should pay it back.
I have had loans from banks ,unsecured ,I knew the term of the loan and the total amount payable and also the ARP.It seems that you believe that if a loan agreement has a spelling mistake or minor problem then they should be "unenforcable" its wrong for people to shirk their responsabilities and like other posters have said anyone who does "try it on" will pay in the long run....
Maybe you should put all the energy you use on here to a proper "good cause" do some charity work...........Lastly if someone winds you up then do what most do on here.............IGNORE.........

Of course I have morals, we all do otherwise what a boring world we'd live in. That said, i'm specifically pointing out that in a court of law morals count for nothing.

A judge will not base his decision on 'my beliefs' but instead on the facts. The point is that if the bank never issued a legal document then it is not legal - simple. An illegal (or unlawful) agreement is as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike and the banks deserve to be punished.

That is my moral viewpoint on the matter, but it just so happens to coincide with the law, which unfortunately, your viewpoint does not. Morals do not win court cases - the law does. :D
