DOnt assume that I dont need your help.It was the way you had a slight pop at me
All i needed to know was the debt agencies, the other info was not called for

Right, before this turns into a flame war...
1) Never pay for debt management plans. Either use one of the free organisations mentioned or do it yourself.
2) The banks won't treat you any differently for being in hardship to being on hold, they'll try to fight you at every turn either way. The only difference is that you can fight back, instead of having your hands tied until God knows when.
3) If your debts have been sold to a debt collection agency, you may be in luck. Banks have been known to sell debts for peanuts without the right paperwork. The agencies buy them hoping the person they then chase doesn't know their legal rights and just pays up. Ask the agencies for your credit agreement. The letter for this is here and the follow-up letters if they ignore you are on the same thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11636295&postcount=8
When you write, DON'T SIGN THE LETTER. Don't even use a cheque, use a postal order. If they have your signature, they can forge it onto the document in question. If the agency can't provide you with the correct paperwork (there are criteria on here somewhere, post back if they send anything to check), the account is in dispute and you don't have to pay. You just ignore them, wait 6 years and then write to say the debt is statute barred.
Ok, I'm oversimplifying a bit, they'll still harass you. It's just if the account is in dispute, they have no legal rights to chase the debt. That doesn't mean they won't try though.
If they do have the right paperwork, then you have to pay. That's when you should contact a free organisation for help. Hope this helps. Sorry for the long post.

Thats where the problem arises with them. They dont always pay each creditor every month and choose to pay only a couple so your debt is still growing while your with them.
With hindsight I would of wrote to the debtors myself and told each one they would have to wait for the money while I went through each of them and paid them off with the lump sum that I was paying to paypal.Yeah some of them would have been annoyed but they all get the money eventually and it works out quicker for them and you.If you dont ask you dont get!!0 -

In that case, you look to be quids in on the card they just sent you. The others depend on if the paperwork 'got lost'. Do keep in mind that it may well keep your credit rating as being pretty pants for the next 6 years. Then again, if you don't do it, it could stay that way a lot longer.
