Agency work - refusing to pay me

I'd go into the office and ask for a copy of their complaints proceedue to be placed in your hands there and then if you really want to go down that route: it will say something like "X will respon within 5 days, and you have the right to appeal to Y in writing within x days of our response."

Add a line to the above letter - " Please also forward to me a written account of your complaints policy" after "further action"

Good idea in theory, but with two problems.

1) I'm a wuss (hence why I don't want to talk to them over the phone).
2) I'm 300 miles away at uni. (Big reason. )

Plus, I figured it's best to follow the procedure on the REC's website, otherwise they might not help me if the agency says no.

Okay, money is in the bank, exactly the amount they said they'd pay (half). So the letter will be going out tomorrow. *gulp* Wish me luck.
