Fixed Sum Loan
Hi All
I've been in a fixed sum loan agreement for two years now. But i've recently found that my training supplier has gone into liquidation in July 09, i have never been notified by these or the finance company (Barclays) of them going out of business. I have since sent Barclays a letter informing them that they are in breach of my contract and that i would like the agreement cancelling! Does anyone know if i have a valid case here?
Many Thanks
