Hi
My fixed rate BTL is coming to an end.
House bought two years ago £95K
With improvements now worth £125K
Need £77,500 mortgage
Rental income £525 pcm
Only income from property need self cert.
Would prefer no redemtion penalty
Any good deals around please ?

Hi there, you need to speak to a whole of market mortgage advisor who will take your details and source a mortgage for you. Try and find one that is fee's free, either over the phone if you are comfortable with that, or a local one face to face.

Thanks LIsa
Just cross, the original mortgae was with GMAC, sold my mortgage to North Yorkshire Mortgages Ltd, then sold to Basinghall Finance.
They said no change in terms and conditions but now the fixed rate period has finished I have been put on a variable rate of 6.74% (an extra £75 per month)
Basinghall Finance say owing to rules they cannot legally offer me any other product at the moment, possibly later in the year.
Do I wait or go now ?
Will make an appointment with advisor now.
