Hi Budget
Pancakes are very tasty at least - but it awful not knowing whether you are going to have enough money to eat properly.
Not sure what sort of food you are buying but it might be worth looking on the oldstyle section of the board. They have loads of tips of getting the most from your grocery budget and tons of ideas for cheap, filling, healthy meals. It is possible to eat well on a surprisingly small amount of money with careful planning.
Have you done a detailed statement of affairs using http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html and asked people on here to pick it to pieces?
Have you checked out www.entitledto.co.uk to see you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to?
Have you spoken to one of the free debt advice organisations such as CCCS or Citizens Advice?
Finally and perhaps most importantly have you seen a doctor about your health problems, you might also want to mention to the doctor that these problems are making you feel really low and perhaps depressed?
Hugs
