Have been in a battle with littlewoods for a while now over my payments.
I only owe them £390 (approx) and they are demanding £55 a month. I have been paying them £10, and they`ve been pilling the charges on every month.
I am now in a position to pay them off, but am not willing to pay the full amount to them.
Do any of you have a standard letter that I can use to offer them a settlement, and also how much do you think I should offer them ?
