    I know someone who went br in April & has just received a letter & i&e forms to say that they have finished with her & are considering ed. They went br in April.

  • perhaps they are doing discharges earlier thats 6 months? Others have said that on the insolvency site they have gone br and its showing 6 months till discharge also???

    In theory ED can be given in just over 5 months, Phil did work it out but i cant remember the exact figure:o
