Can anyone tell me what mortgages for existing customers are like at the Britannia BS? I'd like to know for future reference, but there's nothing to tell you online.

If you click on the 'Mortgage Comparison' button (mid-page on the right hand side from this link) - it opens an Adobe document showing all their Mortgages. and with an applicability chart across the bottom??

Thanks for that info Mike, but I'm not sure that it applies to existing customers. On the online quote system, if you tick that you're an existing customer it won't continue and just tells you to telephone.0
