Help moorcroft debt recovery??????h

Hi

Have had a letter from Moorcroft Debt Recovery (Pre-Court Division) who state that as agents for "National Westminster Bank Plc" they are working with them to collect payments against uncleared accounts and i owe £2242.01.

But i have no idea what this debt is for what should i do...

  • Oh forgot at the moment Moorcroft do collect some debt monies from me that i do know what they are and a guy comes to my house once a month which is ok not paying a huge amount but i do not know where this debt for Natwest has come from or what it is made up of please can anyone advise me what to do........
  • Have you ever had a natwest account or credit card/loan?
  • i did have a natwest bank account but i did not owe nearly anything like this. should i ask what exactly this is for and how the monies owed have arisen or should i send ask them for a copy of my credit agreement under the Consumer Credit Act 1974
