'Lemon Chiffon Pie' using Greens pie mix?

Hi there,

Has anybody ever made something my other half calls a 'Lemon Chiffon Pie' - basically like lemon meringue but the egg whites and the lemony bit are mixed to make a fluffy mixture. Could you tell me how it's made please as he's craving (used to have it a long time ago).

    Yep, literally as he remembers it. Make the lemon filling and the the meringue according to the instructions, then slowly fold the filling (while still hot) into the meringue. Pour onto the base and leave till set.
    ETA: you don't need to cook the meringue, by the way! Just mix packet b or whatever it's called with your egg white and that's it!
