Template to forbid debt collectors from calling you

Hello, looked everywhere I could think of but couldn't find it. Does anyone know where I can find the template for a letter to tell debt collectors not to call you?

Can't help you with the template, a simple letter stating please contact you in writing only should be enough. Send by recorded delivery.

You could of course change your number, or get caller display, it can save alot of hassle.

They keep calling my home number, which is where my mum is living at the moment and I don't really want to worry her with it. I remember seeing a template on here which said that under some sort of Act, the agency had no right to contact you by the phone if you didn't want them to and from now on were only legally allowed to do so in writing or something like that?
