Palmolive Naturals comparison rip-off?

Palmolive Naturals do two products, one "Bath & Creme" one "Shower & Creme" liquid soaps.
Per 100 ml. "Bath" is 33.8p
Per 100 ml. "Shower" is 59.7p.
The ingredients are identical down to the last comma and digit.
Bath comes in 500 ml at £1.69
Shower comes in 300 ml at £1.79.
The only difference is the little spout for the shower so the whole lot doesn't pour out. (So buy the bath one and decant it into the previous shower bottle.) Isn't this Palmolive treating the consumer as a complete fool?

There is, I recently bought handwash instead of shower gel for a boots brand own. Exact identical ingredients. However, maybe the proportions of some of the ingredients are different hence the price difference?0
