Cheapest Milled Flaxseed?

Greetings,
I usually buy Linusit Premium Organic Ground Flaxseed 450g from Tesco for £4.97 (the other brand Prewetts Organic Ground Flaxseed 175g - £1.69, which works out cheaper is never in stock).
Can anyone beat that price in another supermarket or Holland & Barrett?
I know its cheaper to buy and then grind it but I destroyed a ceramic bowl last time I did it and for convience prefer it milled/grounded.
Thanks
Rob

Can't offer guidance with regard to pre-milled flax but I'd suggest if you were hand grinding that's going to make it very difficult to get a good result. I use one of these:

Very quick and easy - you'll recoup the money in no time.0 -

I agree with using an electric grinder for flaxseeds, mine is a Bosch,I paid around £15 from a local electrical shop.I did try with a pestle and mortar before I bought the grinder but it was hopeless, the seeds were too hard.I stock up with whole seeds when H&B or Julian Graves have them on BOGOF.0 -
Thanks for the replies.
I will consider buying an electric grinder but still on the look out for cheaper milled varieties..0
