Item 'lost' in post...

Hi,

I hope someone here can offer me advice.

I sold a top on ebay for £15, 3 weeks after posting the buyer said it had not been received. I apologised and asked them to complete the claim form I got from trustedsellers.com and once received I would refund in full. The buyer ignored me and immediately filed a PayPal claim and of course I refunded in full.

The same buyer is now selling my top, with my photos. Do I have any comeback over this? It seems they have defrauded me and I am not very impressed, if I forwarded this to the Royal Mail would they take it seriously or would I be the only one to lose out?

Thank you,

Whatagain

P.S. Whilst not binding I find the trusted sellers claim form very useful, in 90% of case the item suddenly arrives, normally same day.
