For some reason, I've always thought it best to remove the meat from any chicken (or turkey) carcasse, put on a plate, cover with clingfilm and chill. If it's been cooked at home, I like to use it within 3 days.
I've had chicken from Rotisserie counters that's been marked within 24hrs - but I think that just them covering themselves in case customers don't treat/store them properly after purchase.0
