Fab post! Asda has confirmed it's selling a slow cooker for just £7. The offer is nationwide and will end on 29 Sept, when the price will go up to £15.

Hi
I am not sure if this is the right place for this or if it has been posted before (had a quick look, couldn't see it). I found in Asda today a 3.5l slow cooker, chrome, 2 settings high & low, for £7. Not sure how long this will last but hope it is of use to anybody - I know I got one! :j
They also had various other electrical items very cheap such as a 2000w iron for £7 and a deep fat fryer for £10.

Ooooh at this price I shall try and search one out to leave at our caravan. It'll be perfect to come back to a steaming, filling casserole after a bracing Autumn day's walking. Plus it saves transporting my enormous one from home!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Thanks OP!
I read your post then went out and bought one as I've been wanting a Slow Cooker for awhile.
Hope you don't mind but I posted a link to this thread on the Old Style board as lots of people there use/are looking for slow cookers.
Thanks again
