    If the property was valued at 160 last year, without the repairs being done, theres everychance that what youve done now is going to be more than enough. You could stop spending now and just put it on the market. If you dont get bites with it, then you can do the extra work if this is required, however, it might not be. Buyers like "to make the place thier own" and lots of buyers look for places they can do some work on themselves.

    the steps you might take are this. Find an agency that deals with selling property, daltons weekly might be a good place to start, or do a websearch "shops fro sale+ your postcode" as this is likely to bring up agencies. Then get an agent to come round and value shop & house, great that al your books are in order. Find out what the agency fees are, ie what you have to pay to them to sell it for you, also find out about thier marketing, ie where do the ads for the properties get advertised?

    ONce youve done this, you can go full steam ahead.
