Won Jet tickets but need advice please

Last week I won two tickets to Jets concert at Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall,the wem asked me for my name and delivery address so they can put me on the guest list.

The show is on monday and I have not received the tickets (with only one day left for now for tickets to arrive in the post). Does guest list mean you just give your name on the night and dont need tickets or do I still expect them in the post?

I am a little worried now,:o

Normally guest list means your name will be at the door - that sort of contradicts why they asked for a delivery address tho. Have you emailed the WEB email address to enquire or is there a phone number in the WEM or on the link where you entered the comp? You could also contact the Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall and advise of the situation and see if they have your name on a list?

Thankyou GoldenJill. I have looked again at the WEM but there is no E-mail address or phone number attached,I waited to see if the tickets arrived this morning as the posties are on a go slow at the moment.

I will take your advice though and contact the company I won them with (ive just been on the site and there is a contact number) or I may phone wolverhampton Wulfrun direct. It was the fact that they asked for my delivery address that confused me.

I'd also print out the email and take it with you, just to show you should be on the guest list. If it's any consolation, I've had a few ticket wins which have seemed remarkably casual but things have always worked out fine so far
