Good morning
Wonder if anyone can help.
Once someone has gone bankrupt, would this person be allowed to apply for a student loan?
He is now discharged
Cheers

I have asked the very same thing myself. I am considering University after my discharge in order to increase my employment choices. The answer is yes they would be. I called the Student Loan people myself and asked this. They wouldn't be any problem with this at all I was told0 -
Just to confirm what Amiga said above, yes you can apply for student loan. Student loans cannot go into BR so they'd get their money back anyway once you start working.
